Your communication data is never used to train AI models, never shared with third parties for marketing, and remains your exclusive property. You control retention and deletion at all times.

1. Communication Data (Core Analysis)
- Video: Facial expressions, posture, gestures, visual presence signals
- Audio: Voice prosody (pitch, pace, energy, pauses), emotional tone, stress patterns
- Text: Transcripts, narrative structure, persuasion patterns, strategic coherence
- Behavioral Profiles: DISC assessments, leadership style indicators, stress behavior shifts
2. Account Information
- Name, email address, company name
- Account credentials (securely hashed)
- Subscription tier and billing information
3. Usage Data
- Session timestamps, feature usage, analysis requests
- Performance metrics (anonymized and aggregated)

Data Retention & Your Rights
Retention Policy
Communication data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete individual sessions or your entire data set at any time from your account dashboard.
Your Rights
- Access: Download your complete data set in JSON format
- Deletion: Permanently delete sessions or your entire account
- Export: Export all analysis reports and raw data
- Correction: Update account information at any time
Permanent Deletion: When you delete data, it is permanently removed from all systems within 30 days, including backups. This action cannot be reversed.
Third-Party Services
MiCoach uses the following trusted third-party services:

- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI: Análisis de IA (tus datos no se utilizan para entrenar el modelo)
